In this episode, we have psychotherapist and professor Dr. Timmesha Butler, who shares about her work as a psychotherapist and helping others achieve mental health and wellness. Dr. Butler has made it her life goal to assist others in achieving their maximal potential. She primarily works from a strengths-based perspective, with the majority of her clinical practices grounded in Cognitive Behavior Theory.

Today we have Kisha Walwyn-Duquesnay, Online Therapist and Owner of Optimistic Counseling on the podcast, sharing her insight as a therapist and a mental health advocate helping people through her business. Kisha helps career driven women beat Imposter Syndrome so they can feel worthy of the success they have achieved without the guilt.
